WOW! With all the gloom and doom predictions on the front pages today, will any timid opportunists dare to get off the fence and TAKE ADVANTAGE of the awesome buys out there? Prices are excellent, inventory is high, interest rates are low, and maybe GOING LOWER! What are you waiting for?!
There does appear to be a few more brave buyers out there right now than in recent months. Activity is picking up, a good sign for the spring market. But sellers beware, it is still most definitely still a BUYERS MARKET. Sounds scary, sure. But, if you are a Seller, odds are you are also a Buyer. I call that a lateral move. You might not feel so great about what you can get for your property today, but you'll probably negotiate quite the bargain on the buying end!
Gee, I sure wish I were in the market to buy a house right now, hmmm....Now where do I find a BARGAIN?
